8 noviembre 2023 — G/TFA/2/LCA/INF/1The Saint Lucia Customs and Excise Department has adopted a post-clearance audit unit and procedures to ensure compliance with customs and other related laws and regulations. An annual plan is developed and adopted on an annual basis, and the result of post-clearance audits are applied in risk management. A Post-clearance audit manual has been developed and is used for internal processes. Saint Lucia is satisfied that it has met the requirements of this measure. |
