Customs Affairs ensures transparency and accessibility by publishing all concluded customs agreements in a simplified and automated form on its official website. This practice allows merchants, customers, and the general public to easily access and review the details of these agreements. By making these agreements readily available, Customs Affairs promotes openness and provides stakeholders with valuable information regarding customs procedures, regulations, and obligations. This proactive approach not only fosters trust and confidence among merchants and customers but also facilitates informed decision-making and compliance with customs requirements. The publication of these agreements on the Customs Affairs website highlights the department's commitment to transparency and effective communication and consultation with its stakeholders.
