• Se necesita asistencia técnica y apoyo para la creación de capacidad para un proyecto piloto sobre el establecimiento de una ventanilla única de inspección.
• Se necesita asistencia técnica y apoyo para la creación de capacidad para todos los organismos en frontera en lo que respecta al Acuerdo sobre Facilitación del Comercio.

Progress in the provision of technical assistance and capacity building support:

Currently, Cambodia has the MoU on Customs Cooperation and Mutual Assistance with Vietnam (October 2019), Thailand (May 2016) and Laos (June 2008). Cambodia is also a party of Cross Border and Transport Agreement (CBTA).

Financial, Technical, and Capacity Building supports are needed for the implementation of this provision
At the 2nd NCTF meeting on 19 July 2022, ADB and World Bank expressed their interests to provide technical assistance for the implementation of this provision.

TACB support needs include:
TACB is needed to strengthen customs agency's capacity under the new mandate as a single border agency at the border.
