Assistance required for implementation 1. Development of the following:
a. ICT or E-Government Strategy;
b. Digital National Plan/E-Commerce;
c. ICT infrastructure;
d. Single Window Policy/Strategy;
e. Feasibility study/master plan for the implementation of a national single window;
f. Assessment of national legislation for readiness for a single window implementation;
g. Analysis and harmonization of business processes and data requirements in the trade of goods;
h. Governance framework with agreed procedures and clear roles.

12 October 2023 — G/TFA/N/SWZ/5/Rev.1  
The World Bank has assisted Eswatini in implementing building blocks towards the implementation of the National Single Window (NSW), and they are:
- developed 'As Is' and 'To Be' business processes for all trade regulatory agencies
- developed the functional specifications for the NSW
- conducted the ICT assessment for implementation of NSW
- legal review of the legislation for implementing NSW and
- developed the NSW Blueprint/Roadmap.

No technical assistance has been received for the development of the NSW system and the other areas required
