Assistance required for implementation	Technical Assistance and Capacity Building (TACB) supported is required to: i. Procedure consultant to coordinate the development of the policy and legal framework for the single window; ii. Procure consultant to coordinate the development of the policy and legal framework for streamlined procedures; iii. Fund consultant to review procedures; iv. Fund needs assessment for human resources training; v. Develop curriculum for training programme on Harmonized System (HS) of Tariff Nomenclature and single window operations; vi. Procure hardware and software for single window kiosks; vii. Procure storage area network for database; viii. Procure ICT cabling, fit-out and cabinets.
