• Capacity building and technical assistance programmes in the area of IT and integrated tariff is needed to modernise and upgrade the available systems. • Provide the appropriate funding to obtain the required equipment. • Upgrading hardware, software and network infrastructure. • Improving and maintenance of relevant entities website and continue uploading trade related documents and forms. • Testing for user friendliness (External consultant) for Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization. • Providing technical assistance to translate relevant documents into English language to make available online. • Technical assistance on designing a multilingual guide on import and export procedures through Aqaba ports. • Provide funding for designing new websites for Aqaba ports operators. • Technical assistance and capacity building on upgrading and maintaining electronic storage system in Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZA), and providing training in this regard. |
