The Kyrgyz Republic wishes to notify that in response to Articles 17 and 19 of the Agreement on Trade Facilitation, Article 12.11 (Unauthorized Use or Disclosure) is requested to be shifted from category B to category C with an extended definitive implementation date. Given that this year is ending and searching for donors to support in the implementation of regional activities including participation in regional events as well as to provide relevant capacity building activities requires additional time, the Kyrgyz Republic needs to prolong the implementation of Article 12.11 to 2022.
