1. Technical assistance and support for changing/adapting legal framework in order to harmonize the border authorities' processes and procedures for pre-arrival processing; 2. Assistance and support for trainings and capacity building for border customs and inspections officials regarding the processing of declarations and documents prior to arrival of goods; 3. Assistance and support for trainings for business entities on benefits and manner of use of this system; 4. Technical, IT and financial assistance and support for development of the Customs Information System’s (CIS) software module for the automated processing of declarations and documents prior to the arrival of goods; 5. Assistance and support for acquisitions of necessary IT equipment for border inspections, introduction of an IT system within the inspections and its networking with the CIS. |
