Under Decision No. 19 of 08.05.2015 the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council adopted the Action plan on implementing major development directions of the single window mechanism within the framework of foreign economic activity regulation.

Russia is currently in the process of developing its single window system.

To enforce the Action plan (adopted by the decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council No. 19 of 08.05.2015) the Government of the Russian Federation adopted the decision No. 561 of 12 May 2017. "On realization of major directions for the development of the single window mechanism within the framework of foreign economic activity regulation."

Main authorities and organizations responsible for implementation of the single window mechanism in the Russian Federation are introduced under the Decision No. 561 of 12 May 2017.
