Assistance required for implementation -Set up a committee to manage the content of the trade information portal
-Organize regular information meetings between agencies and with the private sector to assess the quality of the service provided and potential areas for improvement
-Organize inter-agency coordination meetings to verify the validity/updating of the information available
-Update, on a regular basis, websites that are affiliated with the trade information portal
-Acquire the equipment and software needed to ensure the portal functions properly
-Recruit support staff for management purposes
-Organize training for enquiry points on the use of the trade information portal
-Organize training for trade policy experts, IT experts and private-sector experts on the use of the trade information portal
-Enhance the human capacities of the administration with regard to developing procedures
-Enhance the human and material capacities of the Chamber of Commerce

Senegal has created a website (trade information portal) which consolidates all the information related to international trade procedures.
Structures were established for this purpose and representatives of the different administrations concerned were appointed. The information was then collected, processed and made available to the IT service provider for the launch of a pilot phase.

The content and analytical functionalities of the WTO TFA Database are based solely on notification data submitted by Members as mandated under the Trade Facilitation Agreement.
