There is a need for a support to: • Review or to develop national regulations on the second testing; • Establish second test laboratories to be full capacitated in terms of testing facilities, training of staff and accreditation process; • Establish customs laboratories for customs operations; and • Strengthen and accredit the existing labs in testing Institutions (TBS, GCLA, Plant Health Labs, TMDA, ZFDA, ZBS, CGCLA-Zanzibar) to build confidence to importers and exporters. |
