Progress reported	18 February 2020 — G/TFA/N/UKR/4 Under the UNDP Project "Initial Implementation of HCFC Phase Out in the CEIT Region" the State Customs Service of Ukraine has received equipment to detect ozone depleting substances in different forms. However, the following support is needed: 1. Consultation of relevant officials 2. Financial support for construction of one laboratory 3. Necessary equipment to undertake testing
