Based on revised estimated timelines for Single Window turnkey contract implementation, the first phase of the single window system is expected to be delivered before end of 2023. Asistencia requerida para la aplicación	Se necesita formación y capacitación para el personal de los organismos competentes que intervienen en la frontera, así como de los medios empresariales, a fin de sensibilizarlos y formarlos en la aplicación y utilización de la ventanilla única nacional. Se necesita formación específica para los funcionarios que se ocuparán de la gestión y el funcionamiento cotidianos del sistema de ventanilla única nacional en el país. También se necesita asistencia técnica para crear capacidad institucional en los organismos competentes que intervienen en la frontera, a fin de poner en marcha la ventanilla única nacional. (Nota: En 2019 se solicitó asistencia financiera al Banco Asiático de Desarrollo, que aprobó la financiación y firmó un acuerdo con el país para el desarrollo de una ventanilla única nacional en Maldivas. Informe de progreso	8 agosto 2023 — G/TFA/N/MDV/4/Rev.1 The Government of Maldives has sought assistance from the Asian Development Bank to implement a National Single Window (NSW) Project on trade facilitation in the Maldives. The project was signed between the Government of Maldives and ADB on 18 June 2019. Under the NSW system, all import and export documentary requirements, processes and procedures, including payments will be automated and streamlined. A total of 7 core border agencies ICT systems will be integrated with the NSW system to be established in the country. 16 enero 2020 — G/TFA/N/MDV/4 The Government of Maldives has sought assistance from the Asian Development Bank to implement a National Single Window (NSW) Project on trade facilitation in the Maldives.
