Notification of indicative and definitive dates for implementation
Besides the notification of categories A, B and C designations, the TFA sets out different timelines for the notification of indicative and definitive dates for implementation of categories B and C commitments, as follows:
CATEGORY B = developing Members will notify their indicative dates by 22/02/2017 and their definitive dates by 22/02/2018
- LDCs may notify their indicative dates of implementation by 22/02/2018 and will notify their definitive dates by 22/02/2020
CATEGORY C = developing Members will notify their indicative dates by 22/02/2017 and their definitive dates by 22/08/2019
LDCs will notify their indicative dates of implementation by 22/02/2021 and will notify their definitive dates by 22/08/2022
