Developed Member implementation obligations

In line with the provisions of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA), developed Members are not eligible to benefit from the flexibilities to implement the Agreement contained in Section II. As a result, developed Members and any developing and LDC Member that choose not to use these flexibilities, are to implement the entire TFA by the time it entered into force.
