20 September 2024 — G/TFA/2/BOL/INF/1En la gestión 2020 se elaboró el Reglamento de Resoluciones Anticipadas sobre Clasificación Arancelaria y Origen aprobado mediante Resolución de Directorio RD 01-036-20 de 16/12/2020. En la gestión 2021 se realizó la actualización del Reglamento de Resoluciones Anticipadas sobre Clasificación Arancelaria y Origen aprobado mediante RD 01-028-21 de 20/12/2021 y se emitió el Manual de Procedimientos para Resoluciones Anticipadas de Clasificación Arancelaria aprobado mediante RA-PE 02-006-22. En la gestión 2024 se realiza una nueva versión del citado Reglamento, aprobado mediante Resolución de Directorio N° RD 01-009-24 de 26/02/2024.
