Reason
The extension is requested because of differing opinions between the World Bank (as the donor) and the Liberian authorities, thereby affecting the implementation date of the previously indicated definitive date. However, the agreed plan is to take a phase approach (e.g., upgrading the ASYCUDA system, building the national trade information portal, and automating trade processes) to implement the single window, an initiative that will commence in 2025.
