Assistance required for implementation Implementation of the ECOWAS Supplementary Act Relating to Mutual Assistance and Customs Cooperation at all Borders, in particular:

1. Strengthening the operationalization of the interconnection of customs systems.
2. Implementation of mirror transactional data exchange protocols between border offices.
3. Strengthening cooperation activities in support of coordinated border management at border points.
4. Support for training and capacity building in customs cooperation
5. Support for the strengthening of customs attachés.

Implementation of the ECOWAS Supplementary Act on Mutual Administrative Assistance and Cooperation between Customs Administrations, in accordance with the steering arrangements defined by ECOWAS and validated by the Director-General. Technical assistance for the designated national technical team in accordance with the national priorities regarding the implementation of the community text.
