Assistance required for implementation • Provision of IT infrastructure.
• Capacity building of Custom officers on the application of automated risk.
• Training on management to profile traders and update records in the customs system for quick release of goods.
• Provision of drug detecting scanners, itemizers, cameras, x-ray machines, drug testing kits, security gadgets, tropic adapted sniffer dogs, operational vehicles, marine patrol boats and other modern equipment for scanning and search.
• Education and sensitization of law enforcement personnel on detecting contraband and offensive materials.
• Support to all major regulatory agencies to have in place the risk management system (system of risk analysis, assessment, and profiling).
• Support to ensure inter-Agency coordination and collaboration.
