Reason
St. Vincent and the Grenadines reaffirms its steadfast commitment to fulfilling its obligations under the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA). As we approach the milestones outlined in our national implementation schedule, we note that three category C measures are currently slated for full implementation by 31 December 2026.
To ensure complete and sustainable compliance rather than rushed execution, we formally request a one-year extension to 31 December 2027 for the full implementation of the aforementioned category C measure.
