Senegal has worked to develop a voluntary disclosure programme. In this regard, it has prepared:
• a draft Law amending Article 330 of the Customs Code;
• a draft Order on voluntary disclosure; and
• a decision by the Director-General of Customs (an operational implementation manual) with a scope of application, eligibility criteria, the procedure to follow for voluntary disclosure and the adoption of request and reply forms.
