To review the current practice of applying a processing fee to documentation and assess its continued appropriateness particularly in relation to electronic processing and if it is concluded that the fee remains justifiable identify a methodology for calculating the level of the fee in keeping with the article taking account of regional commitments. Review against international practice the processes and fees for clearance of goods outside of official hours and develop standard operating procedures to ensure their compliance with Article 6. |
