Progress reported	10 March 2023 — G/TFA/N/BLZ/4 The Caribbean Development Bank is currently providing funding to conduct a Time Release Study anticipated to take about 7-10 months. The WCO assisting in this as well. Further technical assistance will be required following the launch of a TRS for additional training and to conduct subsequent TRSs.
