Reason
Grenada enacted legislation for procedures for appeal and review. Further to that, Grenada received technical assistance in terms of training for the commissioners and to develop standard operating procedures. However, Grenada has engaged another donor agency for technical assistance to develop a website for the appeals commission. Therefore, Grenada is requesting additional time to implement this measure.

Assistance to develop procedures on appeals and to ensure that these procedures are known/shared with the business community.

Human Resource/Training
Technical assistance to develop and build capacity in key stakeholders (border agencies) to have a better understanding of procedures for review and appeal.
Training for Appeals Committee Members in customs procedures.
Infrastructure/Equipment
Office space and equipment to furnish Appeals Committee Office.
